This year is the 75th Anniversary of the Yakult business. Yakult was born in 1935, the result of many years of diligent research by Dr Minoru Shirota at the Medical Faculty of Kyoto University, with the hope of protecting the health of those suffering from diseases.
Today, it is loved by people in 32 countries worldwide. This year, in the month of June, the Yakult Group as a whole, achieved a record-breaking daily sales result of 30 million bottles*. Yakult functions to help prevent diarrhea and constipation, as well as retard the growth of harmful bacteria and production of toxins.
Furthermore, it even possesses the ability to balance the immune system and reduce risk of cancer. These benefits have been proven scientifically through numerous clinical studies on humans. Only Yakult cultured milk drink has these proven results.
In Malaysia, it has been 7 years since we began marketing here. We have received many comments from customers that their health has improved with regular consumption of Yakult. So I would like to recommend everyone to drink Yakult and lead a healthy lifestyle each day.
